Judge Lopez Show Fake?
Editor s note: This is a Speak Out letter from an attorney who lives in
Rockmart, Georgia. Heather Nudelman was recorded on the court TV show
Judge Maria Lopez taped in New York City, and she says she was
sandbagged and not permitted to present all her evidence.
I am not sure if anyone is interested in hearing my story. I think
it is very important that the public know that these Judge Shows on
television can ruin people's lives. I just went on Judge Maria Lopez.
My case should have been a slam dunk but they used my evidence that was
previously sent to them against me including my own witness. They
picked apart my case to bring up the issues they felt would cause my
case to lose. I am an attorney. I would have never appeared on
television with a losing case. I was in shock when the case completely
turned against me and she made a mockery of my real case. I was the
plaintiff, but somehow I turned into the defendant. I have submitted a
statement to several of the blogs on the internet that I would love for
you to read. Please be mindful that I just found out that Mrs. Lopez
resigned from the bench in Massachusetts because she committed purgery,
she let a Tran gendered man guilty of sexually assaulting an 11 year
old boy off on probation, and she was biased against the prosecution.
Anyhow, she was rewarded by her controversial nature with a syndicated
television show. The public needs to know that even though they
guarantee that if your case wins they will pay your claim, they fail to
tell you that she is not acting as a real judge in NY and does not have
to use any real laws in order to decide your case. Please take a look
at my statement and let me know if it is something of interest for the
general public. I was fooled and I am an attorney. I know that innocent
watchers out there will be fooled into taking their real case on
television and have the possibility of being made a mockery of. Thanks
for your time, Heather Nudelman, Esq.
*First let me say that her show is a sham. I was a litigant
(Plaintiff) on her show. My case would have won without a doubt in GA
based on GA law. Well, come to find out, she is not acting as a judge
on her judge show, but acting as an arbitrator, but she leads the
public to believe otherwise. She doesn't have to use any laws of any
state, and she doesn't have to take into account any evidence if she
chooses not to. In my case, I could have discredited the Defendant's
credibility. I had evidence that would amaze you. However, I never got
to submit anything to the Judge. Instead, my case turned into a circus.
I became the Defendant it seemed. I never presented my case in full.
The case turned into the Defendant's case. We have left our judicial
system to someone that doesn't have to use the foundations for what the
judicial system was put here for. Believe me, I know. I am an attorney
in real life. I went on her show because they promise to pay you what
the defendant owes you if you win. However, since you send them all
your evidence prior to the show, they have an opportunity to dissect
your case to make it convenient and entertaining for their own
purposes, even if that means a winning case turns out to be a loser. It
is a show of complete mockery of real issues arising out of real state
laws, and yet she can come up with her own conclusions and say that
your case is dismissed and not even base it on the laws that founded
the cause of action in your case. It is a sham, and I would recommend
that she be taken off the air. She is practicing law in a state (NY)
where she is not even licensed to practice (at least I couldn't find it
anywhere). She leads the public to believe that she is licensed and a
Judge in NY, which she is not. Any normal person would assume that if
your show is located in NY, and it is a Judge show, you are licensed to
practice law in NY or at least a real NY Judge. Isn't that a normal
assumption? Regardless of what the contracts say that she makes you
sign, claiming to be only an arbitrator in NY and not a licensed
attorney and Judge, she still leads the public to believe otherwise. I
was fooled. They rush you through the paperwork when you are nervous,
edgy and ready to move on with the case. They tell you what each
paragraph is allegedly about, but they fail give pertinent details.
Then they insist that you sign. Well, afterwards you have been made a
fool of on national television, you have the time to read over
everything and realize that you just signed away your rights to a fair
and impartial hearing and you signed away any rights to appeal a
decision made by someone acting only as an arbitrator. What a disaster.
For entertainment purposes, we have given away our judicial system and
the sole purpose of what it was founded for. Of course she is
controversial. When you conclude a case on who knows what merits and
who knows what laws, you become a controversial figure. We don't need
people like that on any real or fake bench.
By the way, I must give credit where credit is due. Hair and Makeup did
a wonderful job making me look beautiful on television. So, although my
case was twisted into an unfair, unrealistic, embarrassing, fake
courtroom case with an outcome based on a controversial person's sick
and legally unfounded opinion.............................I looked
pretty!
